Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post on a new server. Edit or delete it, then start writing!
Probably you have noticed that tagline when first installing a WordPress blog on your own or creating a new blog under WordPress.com domain. Welcome to WordPress.
Yes, this blog just migrated on September 2017 from my old hosting, OpenShift server from RedHat. Previously I was running this blog and its component from the OpenShift Cloud by RedHat. If you have read my few first post about the technology behind this blog, you probably know that OpenShift was giving free “cartridge” or free space instance inside their AWS server as a container.
Unfortunately, after OpenShift version 3 launched in September, as I was running on OpenShift version 2, the version was going to decommission. Exactly on 30 September 2017, the version 2 no longer be accessible and all customers need to migrate their account to the new version. But the problem with this plan, their basic plan need the website owner to turn off their instance around 18 hours after 72 hours of runs (https://www.openshift.com/pricing/index.html). This doesn’t make sense if you had an OpenShift version 2 that was giving you free and unrestricted uptime unless you have very minimal traffic.
Do you know, what is the secret of happiness in life?
From January 12th until February 6th, 2017; I get a really nice long holiday. This because I just moved from my old company to another British company in Kuala Lumpur, therefore I’m still in a middle of getting a new VISA. This process will be a bit long, therefore, I had nothing to do while my passport is still in Malaysian immigration. But, guess what I got? I got something to tell you about life.
Time flies very fast. 2016 was very fast, I still remember all good memories in 2016 but still, I need to face the truth: The power of time. I will miss all the good memories and remove the sad one. Now it’s time to make and execute 2017 resolution.

So here I write again a new fresh idea about Travel Guide Indonesia that just came out from my mind. Please do not make it really serious. All my post here just for information and FUN only. So without waiting here is another 7 advise if you plan to travel to Indonesia.
Disclaimer: The Hunger Games Guide to Indonesia – First, to make it clear, I am Indonesian. This first post is just for your info only, but a few advice are still correct as per this post writing. So, enjoy your time. 🙂
It is already two years plus since the first time I started working abroad, out of my beloved country, Indonesia. Over twenty-two years I grew up and living in that nice place, with a lot of cultures, nice food, families and relatives; and now I need to stand in my own way for my future life and gain more experiences in my life.
I started working as an employee in one of the consulting firm in Malaysia. Although it never comes to my mind to settle here in Malaysia, I still believe there are a lot of new opportunities that I can learn for the next few years.
All my colleagues in my office always ask the same question again and again. What is your advice to travel to Indonesia, Randy? Can you give me a guide to Indonesia?
